The experienced management team at Mindreef combines leadership, innovation and expertise with a deep understanding of Web services development, testing, support and software quality. The team is committed to providing market-driven SOA quality management solutions for Mindreef customers as they adopt and evolve thier SOA projects.


Frank Grossman, Co-Founder and President

Frank Grossman serves as the CTO and technology visionary of Mindreef, with more than 20 years of intense technical expertise in the development of software testing and development tools.  Frank and his colleague Jim Moskun co-founded Mindreef on the belief that the evolving migration to highly distributed applications and SOA requires collaborative tools at the XML software layer.  Frank and Jim previously co-founded NuMega Technologies, leaders in the Windows error detection and debugging market, acquired by Compuware Corporation (NASDAQ:CPWR) in 1998.  Prior to co-founding NuMega, Frank worked at Wang Laboratories, along with Jim. Frank holds a BS in Computer Science from Bowling Green University.

Jim Moskun, Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer

Jim Moskun serves as the primary strategist and visionary, with more than 20 years experience in successfully managing and growing organizations under intense development and market pressures.  Jim and his colleague Frank Grossman previously co-founded NuMega Technologies, the developer of the award winning SoftICE, BoundsChecker and DevPartner products and leaders in the Windows error detection and debugging market. NuMega was acquired by Compuware Corporation (NASDAQ:CPWR) in 1998.  Prior to co-founding NuMega, Jim worked at Wang Laboratories, along with Frank.  Jim holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Case Western University.

Dr. Myron Zimmerman, Vice President of Engineering

Dr. Myron Zimmerman brings more than 25 years of management and technical experience to Mindreef.  Prior to joining the company, Myron was the CTO and founder of VenturCom, Inc., now Ardence, a Citrix Company (NASDAQ:CTXS). In addition to currently serving as a partner of The Aptec Group, LLC., he is also co-founder and director of two medical signal processing companies; helped spin off a contract development business; co-founded the Boston Technical Executive network; and served as CTO of Certeon, an application acceleration company.  Myron earned a BS in Physics and Mathematics from Juniata College and a PhD in Atomic Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Shari Zedeck, Vice President of Marketing  

Shari Zedeck is an industry veteran with 25 years of experience in software development, support, product management and marketing.  Prior to joining Mindreef she served as director of product management for the OpenEdge Division of Progress Software (NASDAQ:PRGS), and director of product management and marketing for the NuMega Lab of Compuware Corporation (NASDAQ:CPWR).  In her 12-year tenure at Hewlett-Packard (NYSE:HPQ) and Apollo, Shari held a number of positions working on graphics, developer tools, and CORBA-based technologies, but never strayed far from her development roots.  She holds an MBA from Boston College and a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from Binghamton University. 

Jim Murphy, Vice President Product Management

Jim Murphy brings more than 10 years experience designing, implementing, testing and debugging distributed software architectures using Java, .NET, C++ and XML.  Prior to Mindreef, he was an independent consultant, working with companies building distributed systems focused on DCOM and high-performance XML based messaging.  He also served as a director, software architect and senior software engineer at several product and consulting organizations including Aspen Technology (NASDAQ:AZPN), Foliage Software Systems, TransactionWorks, WWWhoosh, the Excelergy Corporation.  Jim holds a BASc in Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
