20+ Year Industry and Investment Strategist to Lead Executive Team and Support Company Growth as SOA Market Matures
Hollis, NH — January 16, 2007 — Mindreef®, Inc., which

appointment of Mr. Lars Borgwing as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Effective immediately, Mr. Borgwing assumes the role as CEO after
previously serving as the company’s executive chairman.

Mr. Borgwing has served as founder, CEO and board member of several
companies during the last 20 years. Recently, he served as executive
chairman of XOsoft, Inc. (Acquired by Computer Associates 2006: NYSE:
CA); president of Net Insight US (SAX: NETI), a Swedish public
telecommunications company; and senior vice president of Corechange, an
enterprise software vendor (Acquired by OpenText: NASDAQ:OTEX). Mr.
Borgwing is an executive advisor/EIR with Onset Ventures; a strategic
partner with The Aptec Group; and has represented and advised Goldman
Sachs Private Equity Group, Lockheed Martin, Handelsbanken, the Stena
Group, Chase and GE Capital. Earlier in his career, Mr. Borgwing spent
more than a decade serving in CEO, COO and other senior management
roles with several multi-million dollar U.S. businesses operated by
contracting conglomerate SKANSKA AB (SSE: SKA).
